Arc Welders
Arc Welding is one of the most common types of welding (manual metal arc), or 'stick welding'. It is the simplest form of welding and therefore the most suitable for the novice, plus it is relatively portable (no gas bottle needed) and cost-effective.
With MMA, the arc is established between the metal and a consumable flux-coated electrode, which melts and contributes to the weld pool. Generally used on materials 2mm thick and upwards.
