If you are unsatisfied with the goods you have received, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt to obtain a returns code. Please also include your post code, payment information and contact information. Please be as clear as possible as to the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. The product should be packed in its original packing to ensure it reaches us safely, as the returned goods are your responsibility until they are received by us. We would recommend you ask for proof of delivery. Please note that this policy does not cover company purchases (please call - 02392 295 612).
Faulty Product Returns
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive with a manufacturing defect, or are inherently faulty, please return the the goods to us in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. We will pay for return costs if the product is proven faulty whilst still being under warranty.
Missing or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately, if there is any discrepancy, you will need to notify us within 24 hours so we can claim damages against our carrier.
